Who we are

AcadriQ (“we”, “us”) provides a learning management platform for schools and training institutions. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our websites, admin portals, and mobile applications (including the AcadriQ Student app on Google Play).

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, tenant/institution code, and credentials you use to sign in (password or one-time codes).
• Educational data: course enrollments, class attendance, exam attempts and results, assignments, and learning content you access in the app.
• Usage data: app interactions, device type, and app version for support and security.
• Communications: support tickets and in-app notifications sent by your institution.

How we use information

• Authenticate you and provide LMS features requested by your institution.
• Deliver classes, materials, exams, fees, and institutional announcements.
• Improve reliability, security, and customer support.
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help operate the platform (for example hosting, email delivery, video or live class providers configured by your institution), and when required by law. Your school or training center controls most content and user management within their tenant.

Permissions (mobile)

The student app may request network access for API communication. Live classes or embedded meetings may use camera and microphone permissions when you join a session through the in-app browser or meeting experience.

Retention & security

We retain data according to your institution’s needs and applicable law. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and industry-standard access controls on our systems.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact your institution first for account changes; for platform requests, email hello@acadriq.com.

Children

The app is used by students under direction of their school or training center. Institutions are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent for student accounts.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
